Dream Inc. / PrivacyLast updated / August 12, 2026
Clear about what we keep.
This page explains the information collected through thedream.io, why it is used, and how to ask a question or make a request.
01
Information you choose to share
When you send a project brief, Dream Inc. receives the project type, city or primary market, email address, project description, reference links, and any images or PDFs you attach.
Please only send material you are permitted to share. Avoid including sensitive personal information, confidential credentials, or regulated data in a project brief.
02
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to understand the brief, assess fit, plan a response, assemble the right collaborators, and continue the project conversation you requested.
Dream Inc. does not sell project inquiries or attached files. Information may be handled by infrastructure providers that support secure hosting, storage, delivery, and site operation.
03
First-party website measurement
The site uses first-party analytics to understand page visits, referrals, interactions, performance, and search demand. Automated traffic is filtered at browser and server boundaries, and raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics records.
This information helps Dream Inc. improve navigation, content, performance, and the path from interest to a useful project conversation.
04
Storage, access, and retention
Project briefs and attachments are stored privately. Access is limited to the people and systems needed to review and respond to the inquiry. Information is retained only as long as it remains reasonably useful for the inquiry, an active relationship, legal obligations, security, or record keeping.
No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Dream Inc. uses proportionate technical and operational safeguards and reviews the system as it changes.
05
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information Dream Inc. holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion when no legal or operational reason requires retention.
Send privacy questions or requests to a@thedream.io. Include enough context to identify the relevant inquiry without resending confidential material.
